Anthology Profile Take-Over
– featuring Johnell DeWitt
Anthologist Johnell Dewitt will be the first of our contributors to host an Anthology Profile Take-Over. Not only will she be posting an article on her own website that talks a bit about Earth Day and features a video interview with collaborator César Lador as well as the written interview they did with each other. Then on our mighty network you can look forward to a personal essay about working on the anthology, since some of the people in KCU might be curious about the behind the scenes.
My public facing post will be focused on Junk Wars and the connection to Earth Day. My MightyNetworks post will be more personal and an insider POV of what the anthology was like.
Johnell Dewitt
When Johnell isn’t writing picture books, MG novels, or graphic novel scripts, she enjoys traveling and pretending to be a homesteader. She’s lived on three continents, but currently lives in York County, VA with her husband, three kids, one dog, one cat, and one flock of very silly chickens.
Our Other Appearances
Host Barney Smith invited a handful of anthology contributors onto his show to be interviewed about their involvement with the project and their artistic journey.
Live Streams with WagWorks!
During the kickstarter Campaign, Geoff Wagner is planning to host regular informal catchup with Anthology contributors. At this stage the plan is to talk about the anthology, comics and do some art together on a shared canva for a few hours.
See you tomorrow on Kickstarter!
