“When You’re a Character in Your Comics” Tuesday Draw Jam with Chad Sell
October 6 @ 7:00 pm – 8:00 pm EDT
It’s our pay-as-you-wish Tuesday evening draw jam!! A.k.a. super chill comics drawing workshop.
Let’s draw with Chad!
If you’re trying to make autobiographical comics, you need to figure out what makes YOU interesting as a character. How will you share your POV, how will you draw yourself?? I’ve been working for the past 20 years on a graphic memoir called Vreeland that will be coming out next year, so I’ll share what I’ve learned and lead a drawing activity to help you tell YOUR story.
Chad Sell is a Connecticut cartoonist whose children’s comics include The Cardboard Kingdom, Doodleville, and The Stupendous Switcheroo.
