These middle-grade graphic novels tell the story of a fourth-grader named Lori Block who is determined to raise her basketball game while navigating the ups and downs of life at home and in school.

Mike’s comics have also appeared at Slate, The New Yorker, Romper, The Nib, The Comics Journal and in the pages of The New York Times. His work has been nominated for multiple Eisners and Ignatz awards, as well as shortlisted for the Slate Cartoonists Studio Prize. He lives near the Jersey Shore with his wife and children.
