Lancaster the Ghost Detective
Welcome to Northcod Lake, a small town nestled in the mountains and pinewoods of the northeast. On the outside it's quiet and unassuming, but scratch the surface and you'll find a hotbed of paranormal activity. This makes Northcod a perfect place for Lancaster, a freelance paranormal investigator, to study ghosts and help them move on to the afterlife.
While investigating a haunting, he crosses paths with Belknap, a dangerous, hostile spirit who has a grudge against Lancaster for an unknown reason. While Lancaster tries to piece together his history with Belknap, a new company moves into town to take over the ghost busting business - and their methods mean trouble for both the living AND the dead.

550~600My Why:
Lancaster is a pastiche of the cartoons of the 80's and 90's - somewhat fluffy and fun action and adventure to help take your mind out of the real world for a while. When I wanted to escape the world, I would build my own, with its heroes and villains and monsters and all kinds of incredible, unbelievable things. Lancaster is the type of comic I wanted to read when I was a kid, full of ghosts and science fiction and creepy crawlies. My stories will be that doorway into a different world for people to visit when they want, and sometimes when they need it the most.
