My Why:
We wanted to take the simple idea of Smol Beanies and lend it some of the catharsis Laurel and her dad, me, have experienced growing up. While the strip does not encompass everything we've experienced, there is a lot of truth in the story. We hope it helps others with their own anxiety, and that it shows everyone has moments where they have to overcome their doubts and emotions.
