My Why:

Growing up as an only child in San Diego, I was often left alone with my thoughts and sketchbook. Solitude is where I discovered the power of creativity. I created stories and worlds that make me feel less lonely. My childhood was filled with Saturday morning cartoons, comics, and countless drawings of my favorite characters. These stories ignited a life-long passion I now channel as a visual storyteller. As decades passed, my youthful passion grew stronger, and I realized my purpose was to inspire the next generation. "Tuff Teddys - The Legend of Kai" delivers a message of profound significance. Through Kai's journey, I aim to inspire readers to confront their fears, forge new friendships, and most importantly, entertainment through story.
