My Why:
I have struggled with chronic severe insomnia for my entire adult life. I have POTS/MCAS and one of the worst symptoms for me has been insomnia. These challenges inspired me to write Insomnia Chronicles as a way to blow off some steam and create something that can resonate with fellow insomniacs.
