As a BIPOC author/illustrator with Native American and Hispanic heritage, my passion for environmental sustainability and art has ignited a profound connection to nature and its preservation. I channel this connection by weaving eco-conscious messages into fun and engaging graphic novels that resonate with young readers.
I aim to nurture an emotional bond between children and the natural world because I believe that when we instill a love for the Earth in our youth, protecting and conserving our environment becomes second nature.
Future installments see The Nature Buddies on thrilling journeys to explore the challenges of deforestation in the Amazon Rainforest and travel through time to save the Dodo.
