She casts a Changing spell against their guardian, SIR DOOK, and Lulu's wishes and accidentally turns Lulu into a frog. This book is a celebration of possibilities and sister/friendship relationships. As a teacher of K-5th grade and now middle school to high school, I've noticed that many children find it difficult to think creatively, to play with possibilities, and to sometimes navigate through the quagmire of friendship. So I hope when kids read this book they will have fun but also remember to be open to possibilities.
