Bog Hag
Bezzamin is a mild-mannered real estate agent, working in his newly built office on the outskirts of town. His office sits alongside what used to be the local wetlands but is now part of a strip mall development. One day, a strange woman walks into his office holding a flyer from an agent who makes “MONSTER DEALS!” That means they work with cryptids, right? Wrong! Though he wants nothing to do with her, Bezzamin soon finds himself tangled up in a quest to find this woman a new home, while discovering what it means to make and find your place in a world built to keep you out.

Bog Hag covers issues like environmentalism, found family, and radical self acceptance, but those issues aren’t why I wrote it. I wrote it because I want people to have fun, low stakes stories that they can escape into when the real world gets to be too much.
